1. Ordering policy.
Order can be made via phone or email.
2. Please order
For standard order, at least a week in advanced.
For bulk order at least 15 days in advanced.
3. Order given must as per details provided.
4. All orders will be considered complete upon FULL payment or after 50% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit has been made and received.
5. All items sold are NOT refundable or returnable or exchangeable.
6. Pricing policy
All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia unless otherwise stated EXCLUDING delivery charges and custom packaging charges.
We reserve the rights to change the prices without prior notice.
7. Delivery charges
Free delivery within Alor Setar and nearest (from Pekan Jitra - Alor Setar only).
Other areas- Depending on how far your venue is from bakery, there will be a DELIVERY CHARGE.
